FH may be dictated and all rules in the FH constitution may be overruled at a time of a contamination crysis (if e.g. the gmod community has a virus outbreak that would affect the servers or if the servers have been contaminated or if the servers or/and its players are at risk). If this rule is used, FH is declared under "code red" and put in a "state of emergency".

Public access is also denied, however parts of information/data may be publically released at the clan leaders decision - this may not be voted upon unless the clan leader states otherwise. All data may not be released. However certain information regarding a former clan member may be revealed publically.
2. Databases designated as level two are to be kept incredibly secure and are recognised as sensitive and important information/data. This data may be publicly available via a vote or via the leader if they have the permissions of the author of whom created or is part of the data. For the data access to be publicly available/non-available (designated level change), more than 50% of the votes are required to allow this change.
3. Databases designated as level one are public data/information which must be provided upon request, unless the co-leader or leader of FH says otherwise. However the data may not be denied for more than 48 hours unless a designated level change is done. This may be done via a vote or at the clan leaders digression.
4. No data protection act (under UK law) applies to the data; all sources of information, by being members at the time the information was provided, acknowledge this.

Article 7 - Mappers group (FH Mappers)

2. The FH clan leader may replace the mappers leader if they feel they are doing a poor job and progress of the mapping group has also been poor (and if theres poor organisation or if there's a vote by the mappers). This is only to be used under emergency circumstances obviously.

Article 8 - Admin membership protocol

1. Admins must provide data for the level three (highest secured) peoples database. This information is used for contacting an admin in times of emergency or if the admin leaves the community and causes damage in spite.
2. When a user leaves FH, they may request their details deleted. However the clan leader may keep them at their discretion if they feel the need - however this is not standard protocol and will unlikely happen.
3. If an admin causes damage in spite, their personal details will be posted on the forums. This is automatically agreed-upon by the admin when they agree to be an admin.
4. The admin being asked for their details must give a city or a full address for the address field of the people's database.
5. A mobile or telephone number is not required.
6. Full name is required (both first and last).
7. All data stored on our database does not apply to any legal data protection act, which you automatically agree upon when receiving admin.
8. Your admin membership may be terminated at any time by the co-leader or leader of FH.
9. Donators will receive the same treatment as non-donator admins.
10. If an admin is exiled, they may pay a $10 fee to gain acceptance back into the community as a user. If they are a user, they may not apply for an acceptance (unless a 75% vote agrees on it). Both require a minimum of 25% votes, including the co-leader and leader.
11. As an admin its your duty to be like a normal player and enforce the peace. You may not use your powers to e.g. gimp someone for fun (unless they agree). Misusing admin will result in article 1 punishment (exile) after three warnings within the first two weeks. After that, the abusing admin will just have their admin taken away.
