 | Taskkill2 Taskkill2 is a simple console application that allows you to kill
applications by name. Taskkill, introduced in XP Professional, allows this via
Taskkill /IM <name>. However it only sends a code to the process to close,
whereas this program actually terminates the process. You can also loop the kill
via taskkill2 <name> +loop and do taskkill2 * to kill every process (which would
probably cause a BSOD). Ideally, you should place this program in system32. This
will allow you to just type e.g. taskkill2 notepad in the run box (flag+R).
