Topbar is a freeware menu application that docks at the top of your screen
with dropdowns of shortcuts. This allows you to easily add and access your most
used programs without needing to touch the start menu. Each item in the drop
down also has the icon of the program, allowing you to easily recognize the
program if you forget the name. This program is fully customisable as well.
